Dustin Burtron is a competitor. He’s lived at race tracks since age 5,  watching his dad race sprint cars . His passion for racing continued even though his Dad gave up racing due to health issues. The pair attended sprint car events all over US... watching, learning and helping fellow racers in an effort to get hands on experience. His goal is to win a championship in World of Outlaws nationally televised circuit. Dustin has always wanted to be a racer and compete with the best. 

At 7 years old, Dustin started racing 4-wheelers in Florida where he regularly placed in the top five. He’s determined to be a racer and media personality. Since the COVID-19 Pandemic stalled his entry into racing a sprint car in 2020,   Dustin decided to train on the iRacing sim racing platform, the most often used by professional racers worldwide. He progressed quickly & was confident for the real thing. He jumped into a 360 sprint car  as soon as racing started again. In September of 2021 Dustin purchased and built a 360 sprint car. He raced twice in 2021, placing in the top 10 as early as his 2nd race. 

Dustin began his Top Gun Sprints career at East Bay Raceway at winter-nationals. A 3 day show to kick off the season. Dustin placed in top 10 on night 3, in a full field of cars. Throughout his 2022 rookie season, Dustin continued to grow as a driver, get seat time and perfect his craft. 

He overcame multiple DNF’s due to opposing driver incidents and mechanical failures yet, he 

 finished 5th in points. With limited experience, Dustin clearly demonstrated he belongs on the podium. For the 2023 season Dustin was picked up by Johnny Law Motorsports, a 3-Car race team where he’s joining past sprint car series champions Shane Butler and Danny Jones. Successful mentors will accelerate Dustin’s chance of winning a championship in 2023.  

Johnny Law Motorsports has positioned Dustin Burtron as the future.  As a young racer, with unlimited energy, Dustin will do whatever it takes to win, mature and represent the team and sponsoring brands professionally and with integrity.

As far back as he can remember , Danny Jones has always wanted to be a race-car driver. His mentor & uncle, Johnny Law, drove all sorts of race cars from late models to sprint cars. Danny spent many days at the track & at the Shop learning, watching & absorbing all he could. Most of all, that is where he began his desire to become a racer driver like his Uncle Johnny.  

Danny started out in Go Karts to follow in his cousin, Jasen Law’s, footsteps. Danny quickly dominated many races & nearly won the points championship in 1994. Due to a bad accident on the track they came in runner up, but the next week was back in action winning 3 out of 3 races. 

Danny dominated the street stocks for the next few years but his passion for sprints was undeniable. 

He hooked back up with Jasen & the JLM team to start the next chapter. 

He will be accepting the East Bay Raceway Park Co-Championship award for the 2022 year. He was also 2nd place overall in the Top Gun Sprint series for the 2022 year as well. The future is bright
